Replace your worn transmission linkage with this high precision design. The OEM linkage uses soft rubber bushings that have a sloppy feel, and will eventually break and pop off, leaving you stranded. This simple precision direct replacement is easy to install, and will reduce side to side slop at the shift lever. The stainless steel ends provide high strength, corrosion protection, long life, and have a stainless steel safety pin to insure that they don't accidently come off. This is how Porsche should have designed it.
