The iSWEEP Subframe Rigid Collar Kit is a precision chassis upgrade designed to eliminate unwanted subframe movement, restoring alignment accuracy and improving handling feel. During factory assembly, subframe mounting holes are intentionally oversized to ease production tolerances—but this can lead to subframe shift under load, resulting in pops, creaks, alignment creep, or vague steering response.
iSWEEP’s solution uses tapered, machined collars that perfectly center each subframe bolt within its mounting hole. Once torqued, the collars fill the space between bolt and chassis, effectively locking the subframe into its ideal position.
These aren’t just ordinary collars—they’re developed by Spoon Sports and manufactured in the same motorsport-grade facility that produces parts for Honda’s Formula 1 program. The slightly malleable alloy was chosen specifically to conform under torque without cracking, offering full-surface contact and long-term durability—something stainless steel alternatives can’t always achieve.
The result is a more rigid, accurate chassis connection that delivers sharper steering, improved brake feel, and a more stable suspension geometry—all without increasing NVH (noise, vibration, or harshness).
