Building on proven designs from other 2.5TFSI EVO applications, Unitronic Hardware Engineers developed this 4” Turbo Inlet Elbow for the 8Y RS3 to optimize airflow under a wide range of conditions. In testing, the OEM inlet reached a peak flow rate of 581 CFM at 28” of H₂O, while the Unitronic 4” Turbo Inlet achieved 744 CFM — a 28% increase over stock.

When paired with Unitronic’s 4” Intake System (available in weave or forged carbon fiber), this Turbo Inlet reduces turbulence and pressure drop while delivering maximum airflow to the turbocharger. The result is quicker spool, improved throttle response, and greater power potential—making it a must-have upgrade for tuned vehicles.

Featuring high-quality cast Aluminum construction and premium supporting hardware, this 4-inch Turbo Inlet Elbow easily supports the airflow demands of the factory turbo as well as all of the mainstream hybrid turbos currently on the market, thanks to Unitronic’s clever adapter rings.
