2. Product Information & Fitment Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify product fitment, compatibility, and application prior to purchase and installation.
We are not responsible for incorrect parts ordered due to inaccurate vehicle information, catalog errors, or improper selection.
3. Installation & Use Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or incorrect application of any product.
Professional installation is strongly recommended.
4. Shipping & Risk of Loss
All shipments are made FOB shipping point.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once in transit.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are governed by our Return Policy. All returns require a Return Authorization (RMA) prior to shipment.
Key conditions include:

Items must be unused and in original packaging

RMA must be requested before return

Items must be shipped within 10 days of RMA issuance

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved
A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Any claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims made after this timeframe may not be accepted.
8. Warranty
All products sold are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
We do not provide any additional warranties, express or implied.
Warranty does not cover:

Racing or off-road use (unless specified by manufacturer)

Wear and tear items
We do not cover labor costs, downtime, or incidental damages.
9. Off-Road / Competition Use
Some products may be intended for off-road or competition use only and may not comply with federal, state, or local regulations for street use.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure legal compliance.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled prior to processing or shipment. Special order and drop-ship items cannot be canceled once processed.
11. Supplier Dependency
Products, warranties, returns, and availability may be subject to supplier policies and limitations. We reserve the right to pass through supplier restrictions where applicable.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the product.
