Porsche 944

The Porsche 944, a mid-level sports car produced from 1982 to 1991, was a front-engine, rear-wheel-drive model built on the 924 platform. It was offered in both coupe and cabriolet body styles, with options for naturally aspirated or turbocharged engines. From 1983 to 1988, the 944 gained a reputation for its exceptional handling and balance, largely due to its rear-mounted transaxle design.
