This solution is easier and cheaper to service than brake ducting. 

The duct is made of a carbon fiber with an S-glass blend with high temp epoxy resin.

This part is hand laid and vacuum cured to build a durable lightweight part. Due to the handmade nature of the process, there will be small surface imperfections. The back side of the part will have a raw peel ply appearance. Clear coated with matte clear.

C- level finish. 

CFD simulation estimates that these add 7lbs of drag, and 10lbs of downforce. Based on previous testing we have found anything under 30lbs of downforce @ 100mph is unlikely to be notable as a driver on a production car.
