Blind spots cannot be completely eliminated, but proper adjustment combined with this aspherical mirror glass gets as close as possible. This mirror is heated and electrically adjustable. To remove, position the mirror so that it's facing upwards and from there, it’s a pressure fit. Take care with the connecting wires, as you will need to plug the new mirror into them.
