Return Eligibility
Returns for exchange or refund are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. All returned merchandise must be unused, uninstalled, and in original resellable packaging. Items that show signs of installation, mounting, modification, scratches, or damage will not be accepted.
Important β Inspect Your Order Immediately
Any claims for incorrect, missing, or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
Return Authorization (R.A.) Required
A Return Authorization (R.A.) number must be obtained prior to returning any item. Returns without an R.A. number will not be accepted. The R.A. number must be clearly written on the outside of the package, and the item(s) inside must include your name/company name and R.A. number.
Return Shipping Requirements
All returns must be shipped within 10 calendar days after the R.A. number is issued. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned items. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging, and such items may not be eligible for credit.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all authorized returns, unless the return is due to our error (such as incorrect or defective items).

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Eligible items may be replaced or credited upon inspection. In such cases, restocking fees may be waived.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

All returns must include a copy of the original invoice
Fitment Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify correct fitment prior to installation. We strongly recommend confirming compatibility before ordering.
Inspection & Approval
Issuance of an R.A. number does not guarantee a refund or replacement. All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.
