Unlike the 997.1 GT3 swaybar for the Gen 1 997, the 997.2 GT3 swaybar is not a direct bolt on application for the 997.2 Carrera.  There is a slight interference between the bar and the chassis when the suspension is unloaded.  This adapter kit reduces that contact to an acceptable level, and allows you to bolt a 997.2 GT3 swaybar onto a 997.2 C2 & C4.
