This PIERBURG Vacuum Pump is a direct replacement for numerous BMW models equipped with the 4.4L V8 engine, including the X5, X6, 5 Series, 6 Series, 7 Series, and M cars from 2008–2019. It bolts to the timing case and is driven by a small sprocket. Replacing a failing pump early prevents metallic contamination in the timing case.
