At MMX, we’ve developed a durable fix for the common failure of BMW S65 plastic VANOS covers, which can crack or detach and cause serious engine damage. Our CNC-machined 6062-T6 aluminium replacements are a direct-fit solution that retain full spring coverage, improve reliability and install with ease. Finished in anodised black and engineered in the UK, they offer a cost-effective alternative to replacing the entire VANOS unit, protecting your engine with proper long-term peace of mind.
