CTS Turbo is proud to announce our CTS IS38 replacement turbocharger for MQB vehicles. Our IS38 replacement turbocharger can be installed into 2015-2020 MQB vehicles as a direct replacement for IS38 turbo; or as an upgrade to IS12 and IS20. Please note that proper tuning software must be used when upgrading from a smaller turbo - check with your tuning software provider. Any IS38 software is compatible. CTS Turbo downpipe and intercooler are recommended if upgrading. Features:

Installation is a straight-forward replacement of the factory turbo, using all OEM gaskets and hardware. Simply transfer your diverter valve or BOV and wastegate actuator (not included). Hardware required (not included):  
  • 06L253039A - Turbo Inlet Gasket
  • 5Q0253115B - Turbo Outlet Seal
  • WHT007210 - Turbo Mount Nuts (x4)
  • N90067202 - Turbo Oil Line O-ring (x2)
  • WHT006112 - Turbo Oil Line Gasket
  • WHT006113 - Turbo Oil Line Gasket
  • WHT006114 - Coolant Hose O-Ring
  • WHT006124 - Coolant Hose O-Ring
  • WHT005558 - Coolant Hose O-Ring
   NOTE: Always follow the proper procedure for checking/adjusting the wastegate actuator when installing the turbo! Always replace engine oil and prime the turbocharger before starting. Professional installation recommended.
