Akrapovič Evolution Line (Titanium) Cat-Back Exhaust – Mercedes-AMG G 63 (W465)

Developed specifically for the Mercedes-AMG G 63 (W465), the Akrapovič Evolution Line (Titanium) Cat-Back Exhaust combines lightweight construction, increased performance, and an unmistakable Akrapovič exhaust note.

Constructed from high-grade, durable, and lightweight titanium, the Evolution Line is approximately 45% lighter than the standard stock exhaust system. The system features specially designed titanium tailpipes, produced in Akrapovič's in-house foundry, with outlets on both sides of the vehicle.

The exhaust has been precisely routed to accommodate the limited space available on the G 63, while the surface is treated for increased durability.

On the Akrapovič dyno, the Evolution Line produced gains of up to 15.8 kW (21.4 hp) and 25.3 Nm of torque at 5,950 rpm compared with a G 63 equipped with the standard exhaust system. Power and torque are increased throughout the RPM range.

A pair of exhaust valves positioned behind the rear mufflers provides control over the exhaust tone, delivering a deep and sporty sound while retaining the functionality of the factory exhaust-valve system.

The Akrapovič Tail Pipe Set (Titanium) TP-T/S/24/1 is mandatory and must be purchased separately. 

The exhaust system is not complete without the required tail-pipe set.

For 2026 model year vehicles, installation of the Akrapovič Slip-On Line (Titanium) S-ME/T/13H requires the following genuine Mercedes-Benz parts for proper fitment:

Important: The ECE type-approval certificate is not valid for 2026 vehicles that are Euro 6 Phase III compliant.
