Note: Before trimming the openings for the ABT-fender inserts, check if there are still additional parts at the inside of the fender (eg windshield washer fluid container). If so, first check the available space for installing the ABT fender inserts and subsequently disassemble these attachments.On vehicles with very small installation depth in the range of ABT fender inserts, it may possibly be necessary to plastically deform the windshield washer fluid container through local heat (eg with a heat gun) to achieve the necessary depth for the ABT fender inserts.
