TiALSport Wastegate Valve Seats ("Fire Ring")-Multiple Options

All of our wastegates utilize a replaceable valve seat, and ours are machined in-house from Nitronic 60SS, for durability at elevated temperatures.

These are often called "Fire Rings" for reasons unknown to us. If it makes you happier to call them by this name, that's cool, feel free.

TiALSport wastegates have always utilized in-house designed, engineered, and manufactured hardware for securing the units to the manifold and outlet. We do not use 'off-the-shelf' hardware, rather, we manufacture severe-duty v-clamps, flanges, and bolted flanges to precise material requirements and fitment tolerance.

Keeping your engine's boosting system under control means knowing that the TiALSport wastegate you're using is securely fastened to the engine.
