Bearing is included. The suspension strut mount is the component that attaches the strut assembly to the vehicle on the top side. They often contain a bearing or bearing plate that serves as a steering pivot when the strut assembly turns with the motion of the steering. One side of the strut mount bolts to the vehicle, while the other side is connected to the strut. The strut mount insulates the tire noise and road vibrations from the vehicle.
