The Porsche 968 is a front-engine, water-cooled sports car manufactured by Porsche AG from 1991 until 1995, offered in both coupé and convertible body styles. It served as the final evolution of Porsche’s water-cooled, front-engine rear-wheel-drive transaxle lineage—succeeding the 944 and featuring a 3.0 L inline-four with VarioCam and a choice of 6-speed manual or Tiptronic transmission
