Baffled Steel Oil Pan

The iABED Industries Baffled Steel Oil Pan is designed to be a true baffled oil pan for all pre-2006 longitudinal and transverse VR6 engines.

Will work on AAA, AFP & BJS motors along with others.

Features:

• Full Steel construction.
• Oil level sensor provision plate
• Complete baffle system that prevents oil from sliding up the walls of the crankcase through hard cornering.
• Trap door basket design that maintains oil around the OE pickup tube at all times making it the perfect addition for track racers, weekend warriors or even grocery getters!
• 0.8L increased oil capacity without raising the minimum height of the oil level.
• Sits Approx 25mm closer to the pan rail compared to MK4 R32 and MK3 12V VR6 oil pan.
• Requires the use of MK5 R32 Oil Pump (ES269534)
• Provision for OEM oil level sensor
• ¾-16” Magnetic drain plug as standard
• (3) 10-AN Oil Return ports provide channels for twin turbo , supercharger or even naturally aspirated oil return locations. Any combination has you covered.

iABED Industries was founded by Issam Nicholas Abed in 2004. In the humble beginnings, Issam was known as I.N.A. Engineering Inc. which was a small web based company offering CAD/CAM services assisting in the design and prototyping field to accommodated companies in the industry. Since inception, the company has grown from design to manufacturing and in 2015 iABED Industries was formed as a parent company which better displayed the skill set offered by Issam.
