Baffled Aluminum Oil Pan

The iABED Industries Baffled Aluminum Oil Pan is designed to be a true baffled oil pan for 20v 1.8T, 1.9L TDI, and 8v 2.0L engines.

Features:

• Full Aluminum construction.
• T6061 CNC Machined pan rail and oil level sensor provision plate
• Sheet Aluminum construction on outer body for longevity and resistance to corrosion.
• Complete baffle system that prevents oil from sliding up the walls of the crankcase through hard cornering.
• Trap door basket design that maintains oil around the OE pickup tube at all times making it the perfect addition for track racers, weekend warriors or even grocery getters!
• 0.7L Kicked out bucket at rear of the pan to increase oil capacity without raising the minimum height of the oil level.
• 10-AN Male union welded at a 45* degree for oil return that sits above the oil level (unlike the OEM)
• Provision for OEM oil level sensor (not shown)
• ¾-16” Magnetic drain plug as standard
• Additional 10-AN female port at front of the oil pan for catch can oil return (or Supercharger)

iABED Industries was founded by Issam Nicholas Abed in 2004. In the humble beginnings, Issam was known as I.N.A. Engineering Inc. which was a small web based company offering CAD/CAM services assisting in the design and prototyping field to accommodated companies in the industry. Since inception, the company has grown from design to manufacturing and in 2015 iABED Industries was formed as a parent company which better displayed the skill set offered by Issam.
